As planned, the company reached the break-even in its truck business just over six years after the market launch of BharatBenz.

Chennai – Change at the top of Daimler India Commercial Vehicles (DICV): Mr. Erich Nesselhauf, who has been Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of DICV since June 2014, will return to Germany to take over global responsibility for Manufacturing Engineering at Daimler Trucks’ headquarters effective 1st October 2018. His successor will be announced in due course.
